Our Services

Reptiles

Miss-Lou Veterinary Hospital is not only a caregiver to domesticated animals such as birds, cats, and dogs, but we are also well-versed in caring for lizards, turtles and even snakes. Usually, owners of exotic pets must travel out of town to find a caregiver for their “unusual” pet.

Miss-Lou Veterinary Hospital is pleased that we can offer our services right here in Vidalia! We will advise you, if you are a new owner, on proper food, environments, and common ailments that reptiles face, as their basic needs are different from mammals and birds.

We are conveniently located to pet owners with reptiles in Vidalia, Ferriday, Jonesville, Jena, Winnsboro, as well as Natchez, MS, and other nearby communities.

Comprehensive Steadfast Reliable Veterinary Care

Established by Dr. Debbie Paul Guillory in 1983, Miss-Lou Veterinary Hospital started out in a mobile trailer located on Airport Road. Growing with the needs of the community, in 1995, the practice moved to the big red barn that stands today on Highway 84, just a stone’s throw from the original office. Joined by her daughter, Dr. Veronica Paul, in 2005, this mother-daughter team is committed to providing the best veterinary care available whether it’s a routine check-up, diagnosing an illness, treating an injury, performing surgery, or handling an emergency.
